After the 14 days, search, browse and profiles keep working read-only until you buy a licence. Saving and changing things (favourites, collections, skills, kudos, change requests, contacts and settings) needs the licence key; taking a choice back, such as a birthday, a name recording, kudos or a place on the scoreboard, always works.

Pricing questions
Who counts towards my plan?
DirectoryPoint counts the people it lists. Agent users, guests, rooms, shared mailboxes, service accounts and anyone your rules leave out are not counted, and neither are the AI agents or the external contacts in your directory. The count never hides anyone: if you grow past your plan, everyone stays listed and site owners see a calm notice.
Is it per user or per organisation?
Per organisation (your Microsoft 365 tenant), per year. One licence covers every site and every Teams team in your organisation where DirectoryPoint is set up.
How does the free evaluation work?
Every feature is free for 14 days from the moment a site owner sets DirectoryPoint up, with no key and no card. After the 14 days, search, browse and profiles keep working read-only until you buy a licence. Saving and changing things (favourites, collections, skills, kudos, change requests, contacts and settings) needs the licence key; taking a choice back, such as a birthday, a name recording, kudos or a place on the scoreboard, always works. Everything you set up during the evaluation stays as it is when you buy.
Do you offer education and charity pricing?
Yes: 30 percent off every plan for schools, colleges, universities, multi-academy trusts and registered charities. Contact us with your organisation's name and we will apply it.
Can I buy through Microsoft Marketplace?
DirectoryPoint is on Microsoft Marketplace, so you can find and install it there. Licences are bought from Apps 365 Ltd directly, in pounds sterling, and the key is entered in DirectoryPoint under Settings, Licence.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. The price you pay is fixed for the licence year.
